Shipping policy

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.

Orders placed with standard shipping will be processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed with expedited/priority shipping will be processed within 1-2 business days. The length of time it takes to receive your package will vary depending on your zip code. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.

The Natural Hair Garden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact your shipping carrier directly. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to your shipping carrier.
